Our online shop accepts the main payment methods. You can pay your orders either by credit card or Paypal. Regardless of the payment methods you will opt for, all transactions are securely processed on their respective portals which are protected trough cryptography https systems in conformity with privacy laws.

Credit Card
If you choose to buy our products by Credit Card, upon completion of the transaction online, the bank in question will proceed to authorize the payment of the purchase amount in question. This amount will subsequently be charged on your credit card only once upon confirmation of delivery of the products ordered. If the freight company does not confirm delivery or should such communication not be envisaged for some delivery types, our Company will proceed to charge your credit card the day after your merchandise has been sent. If you ordered one or more products only available upon request, due to long delivery times and the expiration of the credit card authorization, your credit card will be charged after the Client has been informed of the expected delivery date and he/she has accepted it.

- If the order has been cancelled either by the client him/herself or because the first has not been accepted by us, we will request cancellation of the relative transaction and the freeing of the allocated amount. The amount of time required to free those funds will depend, for some card types, exclusively on the bank system and can sometimes require up to 24 days from the authorisation date. Once the transaction has been cancelled, our Company cannot be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delays of the bank in freeing the allocated amount.

- Our Company can charge the client’s credit card in order to prevent expiration (on the 23rd day) of the authorization to proceed with the transaction in question.

- Our Company can request the client additional information (for instance, home phone number) or to send a copy of some documents as proof of its ownership of the card used for purchase. In the absence of the latter, our Company can reject the order.

- Our Company has no access to the client’s credit card information throughout the whole purchase procedure since it is transmitted directly to the bank’s website via safe connection. No electronic archives of our Company will store such information. Hence, our Company can never be held responsible for possible illegal or unauthorised use by third parties of the client’s credit card, upon payment of the products purchased on Opaco-International.com.

Paypal
If you choose to make a payment with Paypal, upon completion of the transaction online, Paypal will proceed to charge the relative purchase amount immediately.

- If the order has been cancelled either by the client him/herself or because the first has not been accepted by us, we will request immediate reimbursement of the relative amount on the client’s Paypal account. The amount of time required for reimbursement will depend exclusively on Paypal and the bank system. Once the amount has been reimbursed on the Paypal account, our Company cannot be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delays of either Paypal or the bank system.

- Our Company can request the client additional information (for instance, home phone number) or to send a copy of some documents as proof of its ownership of the Paypal account. In the absence of the latter, our Company can reject the order.

- Our Company has no access to the information regarding the client’s credit card or Paypal wallet throughout the whole purchase procedure since it is transmitted directly to the bank’s website via safe connection.
